The Free plan includes 2 active pallets, 25 active items, and basic profit tracking.
How does Scan & Add work?
Scan an item photo and PalletPro's AI suggests a name, category and condition. A barcode in view is read too. You always review and edit the result before it's saved — nothing is added to your inventory automatically. AI scans are included on every plan, with the monthly scan allowance varying by tier. Suggestions can be wrong, so review them before saving.
How can I check advertised prices?
Product Match searches comparable listings for a saved item using its photo, barcode or name. It shows a search estimate with the listings behind it. Listings show advertised prices, not completed sales; matches and conditions are unverified. Set your own asking price. Monthly Product Match allowances vary by plan — see the pricing section for current numbers.
What platforms does PalletPro work on?
PalletPro runs on iOS and Android. Check the access page for available install links. Account inventory sync is available across plans. Local goals do not sync.
Does it work offline?
View cached inventory records offline. Adding and editing need a connection.
I don't just flip pallets. Can I track thrift store and garage sale finds too?
PalletPro supports pallets, thrift stores, garage sales, retail arbitrage, and auctions. Compare recorded profit by sourcing method.
How does cost allocation work?
Pallet purchase cost and tax are divided across the recorded units included in cost allocation. Unsellable units can be excluded.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Use Manage subscription for your billing options. Downgrading changes your plan limits. Check the privacy policy for retention and deletion details. You may need to reduce active inventory or upgrade before adding more.
How do I join the beta?
Visit /beta for available iOS and Android install links. If your platform's install link is unavailable, use the Request early access form there. Download the app, and you get full Pro access free until December 31, 2026.
When is founder pricing available?

How is my data processed?
PalletPro stores account records and photos with Supabase. AI, search, subscription and diagnostic services also process data used by their features. See the privacy policy for details.
